Garlic Carrots
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients

olive oil

fresh baby carrots

|

cloves |
garlic, minced
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
water
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
thyme
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
pepper
|
|
|
| 1/8 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|
|
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute carrots for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add water, thyme, pepper and salt; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
